More than a roof over the boat
A well-built boathouse protects the boat from sun and weather, keeps the lift out of the rain, and gives you a shaded place to sit on the water. Getting it right means planning the pilings, roof framing, lift, lighting, fans and power together from the start.
What goes into our boathouses
- Single and double slips sized to your boat, plus PWC and kayak ports
- Metal or shingle roofs framed for Gulf Coast wind
- Boat lifts built in, including Sunstream lifts and SwiftShield automatic covers
- Covered lounge platforms, stairs and upper decks
- Lighting, ceiling fans, outlets and storage boxes
- Composite decking and composite pilings for low maintenance

Beyond conventional wood
An all-composite boathouse costs more up front, but it does not rot, does not need sealing and holds its looks. For many owners, it is the last boathouse they will need to build. We will price both paths so you can decide.
