For wood docks, decks and walkways, we clean the surface and seal it with Seal-Once. Seal-Once Marine is a water-based sealer made for wood near open water, and the manufacturer markets it as non-hazardous to aquatic life. Seal-Once Multi-Surface covers both wood and masonry, so we can seal concrete caps and walkways too.

Why yearly
A piling caught early can be protected with a SnapJacket. The same piling caught five years later may take the dock with it. Yearly visits let us spot problems while they are still cheap to fix, and before hurricane season rather than after.
